At Localrydes, accessible from www.localrydes.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Localrydes and how we use it.

This section applies when you use Localrydes through ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible client connected to the Localrydes Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (the “Localrydes App”). It supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. LOCALRYDES GmbH is the controller of personal data processed by the Localrydes App. OpenAI and any other client you choose may separately process your prompts and app responses under their own privacy policies.

Personal data we collect

The Localrydes App receives only the information that the client sends to a Localrydes tool for the action you request. It does not request or retrieve your full ChatGPT conversation history.

• Trip-search data: service type, pickup and drop-off locations, requested date and time, passenger count, and luggage count.
• Vehicle-selection data: the temporary search identifier and the identifier of the vehicle you select.
• Reservation data: passenger name, email address, telephone number, optional trip notes, booking identifier, selected vehicle, route, date, time, price, and payment status.
• Technical and security data: IP address, request date and time, tool or action requested, temporary identifiers, status codes, and error details.

Do not enter payment-card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information in a Localrydes App prompt. The Localrydes App does not request payment-card details. Payment is completed on the external Localrydes payment page using Stripe.

Why we use this data

• Search current vehicle availability and calculate route-based pricing.
• Keep your selected vehicle associated with the correct search session.
• Create a reservation after you expressly confirm the booking.
• Create an external payment link and report booking or payment status.
• Provide customer support, diagnose errors, secure the service, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection, and other legal obligations.

We do not sell Localrydes App data, use it for behavioral advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Who receives the data

We disclose only the data needed for the requested service to these recipient categories:

• Your selected AI client: tool results are returned to ChatGPT, Codex, or the compatible client through which you used the Localrydes App.
• Transportation providers and chauffeurs: reservation and trip details needed to quote, accept, and perform your requested journey.
• Google Maps Platform: pickup and drop-off text is sent for address resolution and route-related processing.
• Stripe: customer, reservation, amount, and payment-status data needed to create and process the external payment. Stripe collects card details on the payment page; card details are not sent through the Localrydes MCP tools.
• Infrastructure and support providers: hosting, logging, security, email, and customer-support vendors acting for Localrydes under appropriate data protection obligations.
• Authorities or professional advisers: only where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention

• MCP and GPT API operational logs: retained for up to 30 days and then rotated, unless a specific security incident or legal obligation requires a limited record to be kept longer.
• Search and vehicle-selection sessions not converted into a booking: retained for up to 30 days after the requested pickup date, then deleted or anonymized unless needed for fraud prevention or a legal claim.
• Completed booking, customer, invoice, and transaction records: generally retained for seven years where required for accounting or tax purposes. Records may be kept longer only when required by law or an active legal claim, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

• You decide what trip information to send and whether to proceed from search to booking.
• A real reservation is created only after you confirm the booking action.
• You can stop using or disconnect the Localrydes App through your AI client.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
• You may request account and associated-data deletion at localrydes.com/account/delete.
