The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
10 Days unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 127.05 EUR .
Free kilometers per hour 25;
extra charge per additional kilometer 3.5805 EUR .
Please be advised that for any pick-up or as-directed service occurring between 22:00 and 06:00, a surcharge of 20.00% will apply.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules
: Guests may cancel their ride at least 24 hours in advance without any charges. However, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, the guest will be charged 100% of the fare.
Additional Terms:
No-Show Policy: If the guest does not show up at the scheduled pickup location within 15 minutes (for standard rides) or 30 minutes (for airport pickups), it will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Last-Minute Changes: Any modifications to the ride time within 24 hours of the scheduled trip are subject to availability and may be considered a cancellation.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of extreme weather conditions or emergencies, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
