Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% charge.

Late Arrival: If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any delays.

Damage Policy: Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking (such as timing, pick-up location, or vehicle type) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
