50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour.
No Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time or for no-shows.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp accepted).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
In case of force majeure (e.g. flight cancellation, medical emergency), we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a credit note when possible.
The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
4 Days unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 75 EUR .
Free kilometers per hour 15;
extra charge per additional kilometer 2 EUR .
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules
: Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice (60 min) at the airports and (15min) a the stations, no refund will be issued.
Changes to Reservations: Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the service, subject to availability.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), Belgium Driver Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel.
