50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour.
No Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time or for no-shows.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp accepted).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
In case of force majeure (e.g. flight cancellation, medical emergency), we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a credit note when possible.
