Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund (less any booking fees).

2. Partial Refund:

• Cancellations made 4–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

3. No Refund:

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour date will not be refunded.

4. Weather or Force Majeure:

• In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events that force the cancellation of the tour, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date can be arranged.

5. Changes to the Itinerary:

• Any changes to the agreed itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, attraction availability) will be communicated promptly. Alternative plans will be offered, but no compensation or refund will be given if a tour still takes place as scheduled.

6. Group Size Adjustments:

• If the group size reduces significantly (e.g., less than 30 passengers), LOCALRYDES reserves the right to adjust the pricing or change the vehicle type.

• Adjustments must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
