1. Full Refund:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund (less any booking fees).
2. Partial Refund:
Cancellations made 4–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
3. No Refund:
Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour date will not be refunded.
4. Weather or Force Majeure:
In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events that force the cancellation of the tour, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date can be arranged.
5. Changes to the Itinerary:
Any changes to the agreed itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, attraction availability) will be communicated promptly. Alternative plans will be offered, but no compensation or refund will be given if a tour still takes place as scheduled.
6. Group Size Adjustments:
If the group size reduces significantly (e.g., less than 30 passengers), LOCALRYDES reserves the right to adjust the pricing or change the vehicle type.
Adjustments must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
12 Hours unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 110 EUR .

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules
: Guests may cancel their ride at least 24 hours in advance without any charges. However, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, the guest will be charged 100% of the fare.
Additional Terms:
No-Show Policy: If the guest does not show up at the scheduled pickup location within 15 minutes (for standard rides) or 30 minutes (for airport pickups), it will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Last-Minute Changes: Any modifications to the ride time within 24 hours of the scheduled trip are subject to availability and may be considered a cancellation.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of extreme weather conditions or emergencies, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
