Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules : Guests can cancel their ride up to 24 hours in advance. If canceled later, the guest will be charged the full fare or a cancellation fee.
