Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled service.
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the service.
• 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or in case of a no-show.
• All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp and will be confirmed upon receipt.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
