Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event start date (May 23, 2025).
50% refund for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the event.
No refund for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event start date.

The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
3 Days unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 140 EUR .
Free kilometers per hour 20;
extra charge per additional kilometer 2.5 EUR .
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules : Cancellation fees : From 48h to 24 h before: 50% / -24h or No show: 100%
