To ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience, the following requirements apply:
A minimum of 72 hours’ advance booking for all transportation services.
Valid travel details (dates, times, and location) to be provided at the time of booking.
Passengers should be ready at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any delays.
Damage Policy: Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking (such as timing, pick-up location, or vehicle type) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
5 Hours unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 80 EUR .
Free kilometers per hour 20;
extra charge per additional kilometer 3.5 EUR .
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
