Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
50% charge for cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup
100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or in case of no-show
All cancellations must be made in writing (email, text, or booking platform message) and confirmed by our team
Delays or changes due to weather or road closures will be handled with flexibility and clear communication
For a transfer service the dedcated waiitng time 30 mins for the airport and other location 20 min. Beyond the dedicated waiting time will be billed as hourly basis (each 15 mins) . Additional Per Hour Rate: 80 EUR
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules : Cancellations of less than 24 hours will forfeit the entire amount for the period of reservation.
