The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of
5 Hours unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 150 AED .
Free kilometers per hour 80;
extra charge per additional kilometer 1 AED .
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
Additional Cancellation Rules
: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
No-shows will also be charged the full amount.
If the driver cancels, a full refund will be issued to the guest.
Rescheduling may be possible based on driver availability but is not guaranteed.
