Terms and Conditions for Hourly Chauffeur Services

1. Service Duration

• The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of 8 hours
• Any additional time beyond the booked hours will be billed in increments of [15/30 minutes], rounded up to the next increment.

2. Booking and Payment

• A valid booking confirmation and payment are required prior to the commencement of the service.
• Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, extra stops, or extended time.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [50%] of the booking value.

4. Chauffeur Responsibilities

• The chauffeur is responsible for the safe and timely transport of passengers within the agreed-upon hours and route.
• Any unscheduled stops or route changes must be approved and may incur additional fees.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with safety guidelines during the service.
• Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the service if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.

6. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle is provided for passenger transport only and must not be used to carry illegal items or perform unlawful activities.
• Damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will result in repair costs being charged to the client.

7. Overtime Charges

• If the service exceeds the agreed-upon time, overtime charges will apply at the rate of [X per hour].
• Overtime charges start immediately after the scheduled time ends.

8. Waiting Time

• Waiting time is included in the booked hours. Extended waiting times beyond the booking period will be subject to additional charges.

9. Limitations of Liability

• The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events beyond their control.
• Liability for lost or damaged personal items is limited.

10. Service Area

• Hourly chauffeur services are limited to the designated service area agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for travel outside this area.

11. Force Majeure

• The service provider shall not be held liable for any failure to perform services due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

12. Amendments

• The service provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
