• Gratuities for the driver

• Hotel accommodation or entrance fees to attractions

• Night surcharges (between 22:00 – 06:00), if applicable

• Last-minute changes without prior agreement

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 96 hours before the scheduled pickup time

• 50% charge for cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup

• 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or in case of no-show

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days
