Terms of Service

The hourly chauffeur service is billed on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking period of 14 Days unless otherwise specified. Additional Per Hour Rate: 75 GBP .
Free kilometers per hour 10; extra charge per additional kilometer 3.45 GBP .

Night Surcharge

Please be advised that for any pick-up or as-directed service occurring between 22:00 and 06:00, a surcharge of 20.00% will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.
