Weather & Clothing:

• Weather in April: April in Vienna can be chilly, with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 15°C (41°F to 59°F). It can also be rainy at times, so bring an umbrella and wear layered clothing.
• Clothing: Pack comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes for walking tours. If attending ESCMID 2025, make sure to dress comfortably but professionally for the conference.

Power Adapters:

• Plug Type: Austria uses Type F plugs, and the standard voltage is 230V with a frequency of 50Hz.
• Adapter: Make sure to bring a power adapter for your electronic devices if they don’t match this type.

• Vienna operates on Central European Time (CET), which is UTC +1. During the spring months, it shifts to Central European Summer Time (CEST), which is UTC +2.

Booking Policy:

• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the selected package.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during the booking process. Full payment is required 30 days before departure.
• Itinerary Adjustments: Any changes to the itinerary must be requested at least 14 days before the travel date. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by Guest:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus a small administrative fee).
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • No-Show: If the guest does not show up for the scheduled trip or event, 100% of the fare will be charged.
