Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.
Late Arrival: If the guest is delayed, additional charges may apply for extra waiting time beyond the agreed pick-up time.
No-Show Policy: If the guest fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up location without prior notice, the full amount will be charged.
Vehicle Use: The service is for personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for services outside the package, such as exceeding the 10-hour daily limit, special parking fees, or tolls.
Insurance: Full insurance is provided during the ride, but the guest is responsible for any damages caused by negligence.
